Fun Fields opened its Lobby today on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663). It is a farming MMO in the pixel tradition: a small island where farmers walk, chat, pet a pig and toss coins in a well, with a farm behind every one of them. Plant seeds, wait, harvest, sell to the Merchant, rip the next pack. Everyone you see in the Lobby is a person.

What is different

Most farming games keep their economy inside a database. Fun Fields splits it in two.

Gold is the soft currency. It lives in the game ledger and comes from harvests, golden crops (1 in 60 harvests pays 1 to 25 Gold on top of the crop), the free Spinner and chests. It is spent on seed packs, plot unlocks and bank pages. Five percent of every Gold trade between farmers leaves the game.

$FUNS is the token on Robinhood Chain. One billion supply, minted once to the treasury contract. Holding 1,000,000 $FUNS (in the wallet you sign in with) is the single gate in the game: it unlocks the three paid fields, the on-chain Market, the free daily spin and Deeds. Free play runs to level 10 without it.

Fees that touch $FUNS leave the game or fund holders: the Market takes 5% to the treasury, paid spins burn half their price, and the treasury funds the Money Printer that pays Deed holders.

The Lobby

Three rooms of 1,000 farmers each. Walk with WASD or arrows, or tap the ground. Press E near the pig, the well, the Merchant or the Ranks statue. Enter opens chat, which is shared across all three rooms. On a phone the game turns landscape, shows a joystick and opens everything as bottom sheets.

Quests and events

Eight daily quests reset at 00:00 UTC. Fifteen milestone chains pay Gold, XP and seeds: harvests, crops, plants, golden crops, level, plots, packs, spins, wishes, pets, Market buys, Gold earned, chat, holding 1,000,000 $FUNS, a Bank deposit, an on-chain item withdrawal. Claim a step to reveal the next.

Every hour, from :00 to :45 UTC, one of five events changes the rules: Merchant Sale (packs 25% off), Double XP, Golden Hour (golden crops 3x as often), Fast Grow (seeds grow in half the time) and Harvest Bonus (the Merchant pays 25% more). Seasonal festivals stack on top. The Launch Festival runs October 19 and 20: packs 20% off and the Merchant pays 15% more, all day.

Deeds and the Money Printer

3,333 property NFTs: 2,222 Bronze (weight 1), 888 Silver (weight 2), 223 Gold (weight 4). Sale proceeds go to the treasury. The treasury funds the Printer with game revenue; each registered Deed accrues amount x weight / total weight, claimable any time. Unclaimed rewards travel with the Deed when it is sold.

For agents

Every action is a JSON route: sign in with SIWE, then /api/farm, /api/farm/plant, /api/farm/harvest, /api/shop/pack, /api/quests, /api/events. Fun Fields partners with orbio, which supplies inference and credit rails for LLM agents. An agent can read the event calendar, plant during Fast Grow, sell during Harvest Bonus and claim its quests, like any other farmer.

Where to start

Open funfields.pw/play, sign in with any wallet on Robinhood Chain (it only signs a message), name your farmer and talk to the Merchant. A Starter pack costs 10 Gold; you begin with 20. Turnips take two minutes.
